RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason due to the quality / sizing issue, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to PASHA LIMITED (PASHA Jewelry for your feet) within 14 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.

In order to return an item, you need to make sure all products are complete and unused, in their original box, and must include all packing material & accessories. In case any of these are damaged, your return/exchange will not be accepted.
Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package
Our Invoice Number must be clearly referred on each and every document as well as on the outer carton in which the manufacture’s package is packed.
Returned shipping charges are the responsibility of the customers. We are not responsible for lost or damaged product / packages.

No merchandise can be returned or exchanged that has been in contact with water due to any reason.
Merchandise on sale or purchased using promotional code cannot be returned or exchanged.

All customers are responsible for all shipping costs (sending and returning). Exceptions will be made upon certain situations.
Incase merchandise returned due to damaged / wrong sizing, customer will get the merchandise back free of shipping cost.

Return address will be advice on each individual return.
